Palazzo Scamozzi Hotel - Vicenza

Very large rooms with gorgeous fresco ceilings. The chandeliers added such a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, especially with the helpful staff. I felt really well taken care of during my entire stay. Can't wait to come back!

The employees are all very friendly and attentive. The double room is great-sized and has a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The bed is comfortable, slept really good.

During my short transit stay, I found the accommodations to be quite impressive. The spacious room had stunning high ceilings and beautiful views of the bustling street below. The breakfast each morning, featuring a cheerful greeting from the staff, was not only good but a good start to the day. Exploring Vicenza was a breeze given the hotel's prime location, with plenty of attractions just around the corner, such as the Criptoportico Romano.

I did not want to leave and would definitely go back. The hotel was quaint and lovely and the food was nice. My double room was new-fashioned with a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. I really enjoyed both wake-up service and comfortable bed. The staff were attentive. Magnificent location comfortable in the heart of downtown, all was great. Easily reached Il Molo, located relatively near the property, had lunch/dinner there...

Spacious room with modern furnishings and a super comfortable bed. The location couldn't get better, right on a pedestrian shopping street. Excellent service from staff who always greeted me with a friendly Buon Giorno at breakfast. The breakfast spread included made-to-order options and a good cold buffet. The shower had issues with water pooling due to the lack of a screen, and the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear noise from the corridors. A lovely hotel, but improvements on practical aspects like bathroom features would enhance the stay.

I was utterly disappointed with the lack of warmth in my room upon arrival. It was freezing cold and took ages to warm up. The soundproofing is terribly inadequate. I could hear every movement from the room above, which spoilt my rest. To make matters worse, there was no kettle in the single room. I had to request one from the staff.

Very large rooms with high ceilings create a sense of space, and warm summer nights allowed for refreshing outside air through open windows.

The room never got less than 24 C with AC on full blast. Sparse decor felt underwhelming given the historical architecture, and wifi was annoyingly spotty.

Great location in the pedestrian shopping area. Clean and modern interiors. Staff was always helpful with recommendations and everything is functional. On-site parking for added convenience.

Families will love it

The staff really stood out, always ready to help and suggest nice dining spots. The breakfast was very nice, especially when they offered made to order eggs, it reminded me of a private cafe.

It was on the pricier side but worth every penny.

The breakfast offered a good selection, though I would have loved more variety, especially fruits and fresh fish. Make sure to explore the local eateries nearby for authentic cuisine!
